Jeff is a licensed lawyer specialising in legal technology. He is a leader within the EY Forensics Technology practice where he oversees eDiscovery, data analytics, contract remediation, and cyber incident response. Prior to joining EY, Jeff led Clifford Chance’s roll-out of an in-house eDiscovery managed service. Jeff is recognised for his expertise in developing teams which deliver bespoke solutions to complex data challenges and driving efficiencies through the implementation of proactive and defensible workflows. He consults on data preservation and identification, early case assessment and review strategies, and the use of predictive coding and other artificial intelligence technology. Jeff frequently appears on panels and in publications, and he has successfully argued in arbitration hearings and attended case management conferences as a forensics expert.
